We had the most fabulous all day tour with Brice from Paris Wine Day Tours. From the Reims Cathedral where we learnt so much about the history of the Cathedral and of France – Brice’s knowledge certainly kept our interest. We visited two well known champagne houses and learned all about the method of making champagne – such an intricate process. Our favourite stop was at a very small family owned champagne house in Hautviller. – the champagne here was the best we have ever tasted – thank you to Sabine at Joseph Desruets! Lunch was fabulous and the produce from the little biscuit and chocolate shop was delicious. Thanks Brice for a terrific experience!
