How can I book my tour?
You can book your tour on our website. To confirm your booking, you have to pay online your tour. We have a secured payment system and we accept visa, amex and mastercard.
What do I need to do if my payment is declined?
First, please call your bank and ask them to release your payment? They often block overseas payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Over 1 month, to cover the costs (Credit card fees, Cancellation costs,…) 10% will be due. Between 30 and 8 days before the services begin 40% of the overall price. Between 7 and 3 days before the services begin. 70% of the overall price for cancellations less than 72 hours poor to departure, no refund will be payable.
NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW (Whatever the reasons)
Except personal shopping you will not have to pay for anything during the day. Our tours are all-inclusive (transportation, wine tastings, lunch, visits, …)
Can I buy and bring back wines?
During the tours you will have the opportunity to buy wines and local products.
On the way back you can let your shopping in our cooler.
For wine bottle, you can buy a wine luggage on our website or on the day of the tour.
If you wish to bring back wines in your own country, this is possible. Shipment is very expensive, but you can easily bring wines home depending on your country. Please refer to the rules and duties section.
We offer you a complimentary breakfast during the drive. You will have the choice between different pastries served with coffee.
Gourmet lunch in iconic restaurants with dedicated 3 courses lunch for our clients. Selected wines included.
If you have any special meal requirement (veg, gluten-free, …) please indicate it during your booking or send us an email.
You are very welcomed to take pictures all day. Your guide will also take photos during the tour and will send them to you soon after the tour.
How many tastings during a tour?
Depending on the tour you book you will visit one or two vineyards. In each, you will taste around 5 wines.
Do I need wine knowledge to enjoy the wine tours?
No! Just be a wine lover. Wine expert or novices you will experience a different aspect of France.
What make your tours different?
We offer you the possibility to share in day our French way of life. In an intimate ambiance you will taste wines and meet the winegrowers, admire beautiful villages and travel around a splendid countryside. JB and Brice, your guides are knowing perfectly well the regions and its actors. A personal touch you will surely appreciate.

Our tours are 12 hours long. From 7:15AM to 7:15PM

What should I wear for the tour?
Be sure to have good walking shoes and a jacket even in summer as the cellars are cool (10°c / 50°F)
We focus on your comfort and safety. Our deluxe minibus are fully-equipped. Most of the time we operate with Mercedes or Volkswagen van.
If you need to bring your suitcase during the tour, it is possible just let us know.
If you travel with a trolley this is not a problem. But we are sorry our minibus are not wheelchair accessible.
For your convenience we have bathroom break every 1-2 hours.
Single traveler you are very welcome.
We are sorry but we do not accept children under 10. This is a very long for them and our tours are not really adapted to young children.
We are sorry but we do not allow pet during our tours.
Most of the airlines companies are asking for extra fees for overweight luggages. All depend on your tickets.
12 bottles of wines are below the 50 lb (23kg) the airline companies are allowing you to bring back within a economical class ticket. If this is your only one luggage it will be free to bring back your 12 bottles.
If you have already a 50lb (23kg) luggage and not a ticket who allows you to bring back an additional luggage, the extra cost depending the airline companies will be in between 50$ to 100$
Extra luggage costs in 2018 (per person):
In any case all your bottles has to be in your checked luggages only!!! Most of our guests are bringing back their bottles that way without any trouble. The custom fees for the USA are really low (0,50cts to 0,90cts per bottle).
